Vince Goddard has devoted more than twenty-five years to prosecuting some of the nation's most serious criminal cases, including homicide, gang violence, organized crime, officer-involved shootings, prison gangs, and capital murder. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as lead counsel in more than 130 felony jury trials, including multiple death penalty prosecutions, while working alongside investigators, forensic experts, and law enforcement agencies to pursue justice in the most complex criminal cases.

His leadership experience includes serving as Division Chief of Specialized Prosecution for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Deputy County Attorney for Capital Cases in Pinal County, and Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Attorney General's Death Penalty Unit. He has supervised major prosecution bureaus, mentored attorneys, managed complex litigation, and helped shape investigative and trial strategy in high-profile cases.

Today, Vince serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Lead Instructor for Legion Lex Institute, where he develops advanced training programs for prosecutors, investigators, law enforcement officers, and criminal justice professionals. His courses combine decades of courtroom experience with practical instruction that participants can immediately apply in investigations, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
