MEET VINCE GODDARD

Vince Goddard brings more than 25 years of experience prosecuting homicide, gang, organized crime, officer-involved shooting, and capital murder cases. Throughout his career, he has served as lead counsel in more than 130 felony jury trials, including multiple death penalty prosecutions.

A former Division Chief with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Deputy County Attorney for Capital Cases in Pinal County, and Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Attorney General's Death Penalty Unit, Vince has led major prosecution teams, supervised complex litigation, and mentored prosecutors throughout his career.

Today, Vince continues to serve as a practicing prosecutor while also serving as Senior Lead Instructor for Legion Lex Institute, bringing current courtroom experience and real-world legal insight directly into every course he teaches.
