Michael Dorsett brings more than 20 years of leadership in law enforcement, military service, and criminal investigations to Legion Lex Institute. A retired Detective Sergeant with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Mike combines decades of real-world investigative experience with a passion for developing today's public safety professionals through practical, experience-driven instruction.

As an Arizona POST Certified Instructor and former Adjunct Criminal Justice Faculty member at Rio Salado Community College, Mike specializes in preparing law enforcement professionals to lead confidently, think critically, and perform effectively both in the field and in the courtroom.
