With more than 20 years of public safety leadership, Alfonso Galindo has served as an Arizona Department of Public Safety Trooper, Senior Detective, Threat Mitigation Investigator, SWAT Crisis Negotiator, and Incident Command Leader. His career has focused on criminal investigations, emergency response, operational leadership, and protecting communities through proactive public safety strategies.


Today, Alfonso brings that experience to Legion Lex Institute, delivering practical, experience-based training that helps law enforcement officers and public safety professionals make sound decisions, strengthen operational readiness, and lead with confidence.
